Now I am going to reply to one of the Complaint Letter below:

Dear Ms Virna,

Thank you for the time to communicate to us regarding to one of our toy product. We are sorry to hear about your niece.
Unfortunately, this was beyond our control. We always make sure that our product has passed the quality control before it is released to the market.
I looked into what happened, and learned that we should keep our eyes on the children when they're playing. Don't let our guard down, because something wrong may happen.
We look forward to seeing you again, and trust that we will keep improving our products.

    I think there are too much 'to' in the first paragraph, isn't it? Could it be more effective? Overall it's good letter!

    But my point isnt about my niece😂 may i make one more complaint? Lol okay so my only correction is "..regarding our toy product."
